Fitness Challenge

GOAL

Train at the academy a minimum three days a week or five classes or more, you can mix MUAY THAI and BJJ classes.  Plus take diet advice and other at home workout tips we give you for three months.  We do weekly weigh ins, you will have a checklist folder so each day you will check off your daily requirements, plus at the end of the three months you will have a test to see how your martial arts skills have progressed.  ANY LEVEL STUDENT is encouraged to join.

Results

If you follow the program, you will see weight loss (15 pounds has been the average), body fat reduction, muscle tone increase, and you will learn to defend yourself standing and on the ground.

COST

Three Month Program- cost is $615- includes your three-month training membership at SENTOSA, MUAY THAI gear- gloves, shin guards, vest, shorts, shirt and mouth guard, plus a BJJ GI and BELT.  This is a $800 value for $615.  ONLY TEN AVAILABLE
