Our weekly class puts our students onto a course of earning their next belt, by not only perfecting our technique, but also focusing on how to teach, as Black Belts our goal should be to spread the art in a way it should be. We also discuss life skills, and the responsibility we have to be polite, compassionate and an example to everyone.

Our training consists of speed foot drills, Yoga, Calisthenics, plyometrics, speed jumps, and more. Every class we have puts flexibility at its core.
Our best class for lifestyle changes, this class focuses on keeping that heart rate up, and sweating. Perfect class for those looking to loose weight, or those that are new to striking. Instead of focusing so much on technique, this class will help you develop the ability for your body to throw kicks and punches as this is a volume class. Once your body starts to get use to the movement, you will start to learn and understand all the high volume combos we learn in the Thai Class.
