Our weekly class puts our students onto a course of earning their next belt, by not only perfecting our technique, but also focusing on how to teach, as Black Belts our goal should be to spread the art in a way it should be. We also discuss life skills, and the responsibility we have to be polite, compassionate and an example to everyone.
Our version of MMA, we train Muay Thai, BJJ, Judo, Wrestling, and more, then mix them all together to resemble real life situations. Sparring, rolling and high intensity training takes place. This class will push you physically and mentally, so all students in this class must know the basics in MUAY THAI and BJJ. Weapons training will also be part of this curriculum, and teach the basics in close counter weapons defense.
Each MUAY THAI class is not only going to focus on MUAY THAI development. We end each class with 5 rounds of PAIN we call it. This circuit consists of different cardio explosions drills such as jumping knee drills, speed bag drills, push ups, sit ups, burpees, jumping teeps, jump rope rounds, etc.... all of which will have you exhausted at the end of class. This will ensure every class you will leave feeling the workout.
