From the highest level of athlete, to the individual who is working out for the first time, we have levels for everyone. Time to get your body in the best shape as possible to fight in the case COVID enters, and to get every athlete ready for their upcoming seasons or tournaments. We have a program for every level of athlete.
All we need is an open mind when training, and we promise through a motivational push and the top workout routines available, we will get you to a goal of weight loss and gains in every aspect.
We believe your entire body needs to be addressed. Our classes all include flexible gains using Yoga, Speed and Agility drills using sprints, box jumps, resistance training and more. Muay Thai kickboxing drills, Kettle Bells, Jump Roping and more are all part of the daily classes. Our classes are broken into 3 levels.
This class is for all new athletes such as young children, or those who have not been exercising consistently. This is a great class for those recovering from an injury.
JV or Middle School aged athletes, or young kids in great shape. Adults that exercise moderately or those in decent shape already.
Professional, College, High School Varsity Level, or high level athletes that participate in Cross Fit, Martial Arts or other forms of training.
Class 1 we put all athletes through a workout so we can gauge what level they need to be placed in.
All our classes take place in our 3000 square foot facility. We practice indoors, barefoot on heavy duty mats. Some workouts takeplace outside, for sprints, etc... All indoor classes we must follow the GOV rules in social distance, and masks are required. We clean the surfaces and mats before and after each class to ensure a clean environment. 2 classes a week is suggested for this program. Each classes size is small to ensure distance between athletes.
$25 per class- 1.25 hour session
$100 Monthly- 6 class pass for Strength-Conditioning classes only
Sessions take place on Monday-Friday-Saturday. Please message us for more details. If interested in Muay Thai classes or other classes, we do have a membership that covers everything, message us for details.
Classes are very small, no more than 5, so lot of one on one, most classes will be between 3 to 4, with each athlete maintaining distance.
